We checked out a few different stores and finally chose 2nd Street Floors for their selection, price and incredible customer service. James took care of us and is amazing - He helped us meet an extremely tight timeline completing our flooring project 1 day ahead of what he committed to. I am definitely going with James and 2nd Street Floors for our next project.

**UPDATED REVIEW FROM 1WK PRIOR** After expressing concerns regarding my poor experience having my floors refinished, the owner Mark quickly contacted me to discuss my displeasure and apologize. He inspected the floors the following day and offered to perform additional completion work. 10/26, James and another gentleman arrived to my home on schedule and quickly completed this task satisfactorily. As with prior encounters, Mark, James and the other gentleman were kind, personable and professional. The floors look beautiful and I have received many compliments on how they have turned out.
