EDIT: Fleming did come through from a timing perspective, but I still had to settle on the carpet of style and color. I dont like "having to settle" on anything, especially when I try to be Johnny On the Spot and have to settle because someone else in the process is the reason, but such is life sometimes I suppose. They did good work and were in and out quick. Overall I would recommend., but if they reserve carpet for you, you need to make sure your carpet doesnt end up like mine did and their reservation not actually reserve the carpet you want!
As a Commercial General Contractor I attempted to do business with Fleming but found their communication, customer service and timeliness to be unacceptable. I tried to use them for a small office renovation and they reserved carpet for me, forgot to tell me the reserve was only valid for 24 hours, lost the carpet, have been trying to reach them to pay for the project and cannot even get a call back to find a replacement carpet nor to take my money to book the work. As a GC and homeowner, I would not consider them for any type of project. Very frustrating experience and wasted my time. Their incompetence will likely delay my project and cost me thousands of dollars.
