Update as of July 2021: In full transparency, I am now updating my review. You can read the full experience below. As a result of my complaints and my review, I spoke to Darren directly to resolve my situation. Although it has taken a very long time, complicated by Covid, Worldwide has now rectified the situation and addressed all of my concerns. Why not 4 or 5 stars? Well, this all took a significant amount of my time, and could have all been avoided if our floors were installed correctly to begin with. But after much work on my part, Worldwide has made good on their warranty - so thank you. Original review: Let me share with you 9 reasons why you should not run, but sprint in any direction other than to Worldwide for your flooring needs based on my personal experience: 1. They hounded me for full payment of our product and installation before they placed one foot in the door. 2. Worldwide tried to increase the price of my floor by 50% on the day of installation - and they were the ones that measured our floor before quoting the price. 3. Our floor needed repair within the first 6 months. There were parts of the floor that were damaged because of improper installation. They were repaired, but the damage has re-occurred because the improper installation was not addressed. 4. After 2 years, there are more than a dozen areas where the floor is failing. It took almost 3 months to get a response to my warranty claim from Worldwide. Now almost 6 months later - the issue is not resolved. 5. Worldwide has done very little, if anything to resolve my claim. I get almost zero communication if I don't send the email or make the phone call myself. I have spent significant time trying to work with Worldwide to address the issues - that have been confirmed by a third party - but have zero resolution. Even worse, my floor has been left in pieces for weeks. 6. In other reviews, management says that they are interested in customer service - I have contacted the managers that list their information - I have received no response. 7. Worldwide sent a third-party inspector to review the floor - the issues cited have not been addressed. 8. After 2 years, and thousands of dollars - my floor is unfinished and unusable in parts - see included picture. 9. I have been patient in waiting to post this review - but Worldwide has shown very little interest in addressing our issues. It seems from the reviews that have already been posted, this is the only way to get their attention. So be prepared to post your own review should you choose Worldwide. I would strongly recommend that if you are considering Worldwide - you be prepared for a costly headache - because that's what this has been. I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone.
