I moved into a new home with an existing Monessen fireplace that was not working. I looked for the manual on Monessen's website, couldn't find it, and then tried calling them directly. Their automated system said I had to go through their dealers for support. I am in located in Colorado and somehow this store was my "local dealer". I was worried I would never get support.
I called Mill Creek, spoke with Emery, and she was super helpful! She verified the fireplace's purchase date, delivery date, and located the manual. She quickly emailed me over the installation and trouble shooting manual. I was able to quickly fix the fireplace and get it running! Thanks for the help Emery!
