Great showroom, with lots to choose from and look at and knowledgeable, friendly staff.
My first beef is that it is so obvious that the salespeople are heavily dependent upon commission. We like to talk and think a lot so we ended up coming back multiple times and talking to multiple salespeople. As a customer, I hate the feeling that it is my obligation to worry about which salesperson deserves the final sale and this the commission. It’s all unspoken, of course, but you can feel the waves of resentment coming from the person you spoke with before as they walk by you talking to someone else.
However, my real complaint is that they sent the WRONG GROUT and my shower got grouted with the wrong color before I noticed it. We spent a long time agonizing over the color we wanted and then...well, whose fault is it? A $40 bag of grout would have cost many thousands in labor to replace. My contractor asked them in an email, “what are you going to do about it?” They did not respond. He mentioned to me that he’d worked with them years ago and the same screwups were common then. I decided it was not worth pursuing...realistically they couldn’t be expected to pay for the regrouting. The floor of my shower is now stained with the bitter salt of my tears as I weep each time I shower, weep with the memory of a dream lost.
