We were first time carpet buyers so it was all new to us. Rick at the north High St. store was very helpful and was able to answer all our questions. No high pressure. After the install we did have a few issues. It turns out our old vacuum cleaner was pulling up strands of the new carpet. We ended up having to purchase a soft carpet vacuum cleaner for this type of carpet. We also had an issue with several strands in just a few places had come up. I called Rick and he filed a complaint. The next day Amanda from customer service contacted me and they sent out a gentleman. He was able to fix the few spots and also give me some advice on what type of vacuum cleaner to buy. Overall we're happy with the carpet and the quick response to the issues we had.

Just wanna let people know if you’re looking for a new floor RiteRug is the right choice. Our sales person Robert did a great job in pricing customer service whole experience. But in addition the manager and the owner of Rite rug pitched in to make sure we made the right choice in our flooring selection. A big plus is they have their own installers, and they did a fabulous job helpful, friendly, and hard-working. Very happy and I highly recommend them.
