Great customer service very professional a must have company for all your flooring needs highly recommend and very satisfied

UPDATE: 9/27/2019 America's Floor Source President and Manager reached out to our family after this review. First off very Impressed that they (America's Floor Source) was able to decipher whom I was by my generic user ID. But they were genuinely concerned about the “service” and “misinformation” that was given to this install and the warranty of a failed product (Shaw Laminate Flooring). My wife and I are totally blown away to get a visit by the President of the Company to come out and see what issues we are experiencing with our floors. This type of high-level customer service and company integrity is not common in today’s world as many of you know. America's Floor Source has evaluated the situation and offered wonderful options to make it right. The experience my wife had today in the meeting with America's Floor Source has changed our opinion of this Company that I can no longer leave my previous review of a one star. Not only am I and my wife so impressed by how America's Floor Source is handling our issue and going to make it right we are also going to purchase additional flooring in other areas of house for them to upgrade. America's Floor Source has not only made us a customer for life, but they also have acquired a family that will recommend them to anyone who asks. David D. OLD: In 2016 America's Floor Source installed a Shaw Laminate Flooring in our Kitchen and Front Foyer area. This is a Floating floor that since day 1 has had issues with staying together, not moving while walking on it as the flooring goes just to under our Cabinets and the other end backs up to our Carpet. This creates another hazard as sometimes the floor would slip behind the cabinets causing our kids to fall. This company has come back too many times to count to try and solve the issues to no avail for the first year under warranty. Once the 1st year warranty has wore out they said they could no longer honor fixing the problem. This is not a new problem but an existing one that was never Remedied so just because they failed to solve issue within a years time, I as the Home Owner and Purchaser should not have to deal with the improper installation and remediation that failed.

We have been working with A.F.S. and Randy C***** for over 3 years now and have Never had an issue! Great products and superior service! Always on time, clean and courteous. Have always had confidence with the installs and scheduling ! Thanks Again Randy & A.F.S. !!!!!
