Karastan Promotion Puts The 'Accent' On Holiday Selling

- Karastan aims to put more jingle in the pockets of retailers this winter with its “Holiday Accents” Promotion. Starting October 1, Karastan is authorizing the sale of its winter-themed accent rugs at participating retail stores. This limited-time promotion includes two patterns of heirloom quality, woven wool rugs—Holiday Wreath and Holiday Patchwork. Both come in 2 x 4 “accent” sizes, with a suggested retail of approximately $199.
“We received tremendous response to our “Holiday Accents” Promotion when we showed it in Atlanta,” says Stacie Shiver, Brand Specialist for Karastan. “It’s an easy, clever way to increase cash-n-carry business at a time when customers are looking for unique gift ideas. Retailers simply use our tower display, which many already have, and fill it with winter-themed rugs or a mix of accent patterns. Promotional panels, designer gift boxes and an optional poster stand add a festive touch to the store and encourage impulse purchasing.”
Retailers ordering 10 or more accent rugs from September 3 – December 3 will receive discount pricing and a free POP set, which includes 2 tower panels, 1 poster and 10 designer gift boxes (accent towers and poster stands sold separately). To order, contact your local Karastan sales representative.
