Placed an order for some tile and was tole it would take a week to come in and a week later I hadn't heard anything so I called to check on it and was told at best it would be at least 7 weeks before it came in, so I changed the order and was told it would be 5 or 6 days. Well the time went by and I still hadn't heard anything so I called and they said it was in. I went and picked up order and got to job site and they sent the wrong tile, so here i am almost 3 weeks in to trying to get my tile and i still don't have it. Makes our company look bad to the customer. Not satisfied at all. 2 and a half weeks after my original order was placed Mill Creek finall6got my order to me and they got it correct. Thanks to Byron I'm able to set ti lo e for our customer. Thank you Byron for taking care of this.
