We looked at Lowe's and Bob's for our living/bedroom carpet. Both were comparable pricing, but we went with Bob's to support small business. Sales folks were friendly and knowledgeable. They came to our home with lots of samples so we could compare and contrast and we picked the one we liked best and they measured all within 30 mins. Installation was outsourced to M&C flooring professionals. Joseph and his associate from M&C arrived on time and did a great job moving our furniture, ripping out the old, and installing the new. They vacuumed and put back the furniture and made sure everything was tip top before they left. Great experience overall and we love our new Carpet and padding!

We had just ordered our carpet for our house, and Theresa helped us out. She had went way above, and beyond for us. She is so professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. We would recommend Bob’s carpet to anyone. Please ask for Theresa. She is extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and extremely helpful. We had dealt with another company, and we had gotten so screwed. They didn’t even want to help us wen something went wrong. Our carpet has not yet been installed, but all of the guarantees from the company, and what Theresa explained to us, we are not worried. She made us at ease.
