The staff is helpful and accommodating!

My wife and I bought our dream home in Bemidji in 2016. Everything was perfect except for some circa-1970's flooring that needed to be "taken care of". Stopping at Sterling Carpet One we were shown various flooring products to choose from and sent home with large samples so we could see how the various colors/designed looked in our home, in various lighting, before committing to the purchase (we're cheapskates so "getting it right" was very important to us). We ended up having laminate installed in a bedroom and the home office, and a luxury vinyl tile installed in our dining area. The new flooring looks AMAZING - it completely transformed the home! The installer (Kevin) showed up when he said he would and worked all day long. He didn't cause any damage to the walls or adjoining floors at the time of his installation. We had less than one box of leftover product for each of the room (perfect, just in case "life happens" and we need to replace a damaged piece or two in the future). Overall, we're very happy with our decision to choose Sterling Carpet One to replace our flooring. It's been over two years now and the new flooring shows no signs of wear and still looks as good as day one!

We used Sterling Carpet One's design expertise and quality products when we were opening a new store in town. They were very helpful with the initial design, and creating an inviting experience for our customers. We were also very impressed with the C2 paint that we used for the ceiling and walls. They offered large sample pieces to place on the walls to get a better idea of what the color would really look like instead of having to actually paint a sample on the wall. Our lighting fixtures were also from Sterling Carpet One. We get compliments on them almost daily! Their staff was always available to answer questions and help us at the last minute. Their store might seem small, but they have access to a LOT of items and will work hard to find the right fixtures/materials to fit your style and needs.
