Joe at Luna is one of the best professionals I have had the pleasure of working with. He doesn’t mince words, he respects if you can beat his prices (which are already very competitive to start with), and he remedies problems right away. We worked together to order wood flooring, picked out our color and got it ordered. When delivered they were the wrong color (it seems the sample in the store was just a one off incorrect sample). I called him at 5:30 PM when we found the discrepancy. He worked with me until close that day and before the store opened the next morning he had figured out the problem, had solutions ready for us that would fit our remodel schedule and called me to let me know. I don’t normally vouch for people… but I can vouch for him. Honest, straight forward and helpful.

Excellent installation and clean-up by Cesare and Eric! 5.10.22 had old carpet removed and new installed in 1100 sq ft condo, they were on time, total attention paid to all the details, cleaned up everything after they were done, and they were really nice guys. Carpet looks great! Thank you Cesare and Eric! At the Oakbrook Terrace store, Joe sold me the carpeting, and was so knowledgeable and patient about the whole process, and Chuck and Ben were both so nice on the phone with me---wow, everyone involved was the best.
