I can’t say enough about these folks from their professionalism to their customer service everything was top notch. I had my stairs redone with hardwood and while we had some scheduling issues at start the LVF team stepped up and made it right. Thanks again team!

Our entire Loudoun Valley Floor experience was smooth and easy from the day we first walked into the showroom to the completion of our second-floor carpeting. Personable saleswoman, Brittany, gave us all the information we needed and got the ball rolling on our project. Steve, the measurements-man, was carefully accurate; and the two carpet installers, Sy and Bijan, were friendly, professional, skillful, and respectful in installing our new carpeting. They completed our entire second floor and one set of stairs in one day! Two other skillful installers came the next day to do our main stairway runner. It’s beautiful.
