However, we praise the professionalism of Liz Rhoden from our first visit and throughout the process of purchasing and installing engineered wood flooring. We had a major water leak which led us to change the flooring for the entire house. Liz went above and beyond to help us through the task of identifying and separating insurance claims and personal bills. It seems simple but it was lots of work. Liz was attentive to all the details to make sure that we received excellent service. We love our new flooring, thanks to Liz.
