I ordered my flooring from the store on Bell in Surprise, worked with Linda. She was great to work with and provided me with all the information I needed and help me select the flooring I was looking for. Totally satisfied. Then came the installers, Ohana Floor Coverings, Matt deserves 10 stars. He and Joe were amazing. First Matt came by a couple of days early to drop off the wood flooring, he checked what was to be done, he found out that the demo of the old wood floor was glued and this was something he could not do, so he immediately contacted his demo crew, Carlos came in on a holiday with his helper and removed the old flooring in record time and did a great job, cleaned up very well and made it ready for the new installation. Matt and Joe showed up as scheduled, worked very efficiently and did an amazing job. Not one piece of wood was cut incorrectly and Matt conferred with me on many questions that arose while they were installing. I just can' say enough great things about them. Julie Nordstrom is the best! She was friendly and didn’t rush us, even though we showed up right before they were supposed to close. Her communication has been amazing and I was never left wondering what was going on. Julie is very knowledgeable. I have referred her to all of my clients, friends and family. We will always go back to Direct Carpet One and will ALWAYS make sure we go to Julie.

Great carpet company. I met with Josh at Direct Carpet. I could tell his level of excitement and depth of knowledge was well placed. He knew basically every thing their is to know about carpet and flooring. I didn't realize how broad of quality there was. They really have a flooring for every type of need.
