Our experience with Lipperts was outstanding under great time pressure. Our original flooring choice was delayed without notice by the manufacturer and we had to make a last minute choice from their local stock. We were helped by Jesse who is knowledgeable about the store's products, and who had identified an additional product that was most comparable to our original choice. Good work, happy with product (floor) and installation. It'd be nice if the area rugs didn't cost as much as the flooring material, but all in all a good job.
