The service was amazing. The selection was even better

I had a problem with a recent purchase at Avalon which I brought to their attention. Kelly from customer services answered the phone each time I called and was the perfect example of how you not only speak with people but how you professionally solve problems. The solution to my situation was outside of their normal policy but Kelly was able to speak with management and completely solve the problem. I seriously thought I would start using a different store for tile and flooring but Kelly and Brian who manages the Ocean store made me a customer for life. Now I know they really care about their customers because they proved it by their actions. Steve Mackin

When I found that I had to purchase additional stock for a tile I had installed almost a dozen years, one of the places I went to was Avalon Flooring in Ocean. I was lucky enough to get David Shamosh as my salesman. I can't say enough about his service, follow up and attention to detail. It wasn't a huge sale but I was treated like it was. The produce arrived as promised and the staff at the warehouse made the pick-up as easy as the sale had been. Thank you.
