Eric is in every sense, a true and genuine individual. Professional, courteous and true to his word. Very knowledgeable in his craft. His staff is very polite and courteous. I had a wonderful experience using Floor Expo recently. They couldn't have been nicer or more professional! Our carpeting installer Jimmy was like an artist- he worked hard to piece the hallway and stair runner together expertly and it came out just perfectly! He also helped in the showroom when I was there and imparted his knowledge to which carpets would work better in our space and he was absolutely right! I would highly recommend this business!

I just had a runner and wall to wall carpet installed on my stairs today and i have to say everything from the sale with Sabina down to the install with Jimmy was a great experience. My order came in quick and they were on time and very neat. They really pay attention to detail and are very professional. Jimmy is excellent at custom work and suggests great ideas. I was so pleased, I hired them for an additional flooring job. Highly recommend!
