I bought a floor model Bose sound bar and subwoofer on clearance. When I got home I realized I was missing the microphone to calibrate the speakers to the room and make the surround sound work. The universal remote was also not working as advertised. After speaking with Bose customer support they said something was wrong with the unit and I should take it back. I was worried about that because it was a floor model sold at clearance price, and signs all over said “sales final, no returns.” I went back and explained my dilemma, and they allowed the return and refunded my money. They didn’t have to do that, but they cared more about the customer than the sale. They just earned a lifelong customer out of me, and I can’t wait to start shopping at their new Layton store.
