Carpet installation We just had new carpet installed by West Valley. We had a very tight time line,. Jeff prepared a quote very quickly, identifying what selections were in stock, and telling us that one of his top installers had a cancellation a few days out and could fit us in. Ejder and crew showed up as promised and worked non-stop to finish the job in one long day! 1500 sq. ft. on two floors plus two sets of stairs, including removal of the old carpet and the new installation. The installers were friendly and considerate, and took very good care of our home as they moved material and equipment in and out, and cleaned up well when the job was done. The workmanship is excellent, and Ejder took extra care to minimize seams. The new carpet looks fantastic. Many thanks to Jeff, Ejder and team for an excellent job

This is our second purchase from West Valley because of our satisfaction with our previous purchase. We had two phases to our recent installation and both teams were professional and careful. Definitely recommend for flooring.
