Sales experience was very good. No pressure and very helpful. Our first choice of materials weren’t in so they helped us find very like and kind. Wait wasn’t too bad, 4ish months. Install was very sub par. Of course they wanted to knock out our entire house in 2 days so they were at the house zooming through the job trying to get to the next job as soon as possible. Several areas of need for touch up. Left our pedestal sink unattached and toilet for us to put back. We are waiting to see when and what can get to ‘finalize’ the project with out any further projects for us to take care of from the install. We deliberately stayed away from big box stores to avoid being ‘a number’ because customer service is very important to us. Unfortunately we didn’t get that desired experience first go around. Unfortunate when you spend $10k+, you want the job done right without having to worry about the contractors trying to get to the next job - puts obvious downward pressure on quality.
