Had Value Discount Flooring Install carpet in L.R./Master B.R. Closet and Basement steps .The installers did a GREAT JOB, but the left over padding/carpet was taken away by the installers without my knowledge,It was not theres to take. Was planning another job but I will look elsewhere to have it done. Frank the SALESMAN WAS OUTSTANDING in helping us pick the right carpet.
