I can't tell you what a wonderful experience it was to work with Sue at Bridgeport Carpets and Raphael and his flooring crew. They really do put the customers first. Sue made sure I was on budget and their prices are very competitive. I'm very picky about how work is done at my home and there were absolutely no mistakes or problems with how they installed the floor, it was perfect. Learned about Bridgeport Carpets through a family member. Called one of their sales managers directly (David B.) and was quickly and easily able to schedule a time to visit the showroom which was educational and later lead my wife and I to selecting a carpet. David came out a week or so later for exact measurements, was very kind and provided a quote the same day (the quote was very competitive). The carpeting crew arrived a couple weeks later, they were on time, quick, courteous and got the job done. The entire process occurred during the pandemic, safety measures were taken by their team the entire time. Would recommend to anyone looking for new flooring. Thank you BC!
