After a rough start I was contacted by Mark who is one of or the owner of the company. I want to thank him personally for reaching out and making sure everything got straightened out. I went in as a last resort for finding something to place under an inflatable pool I bought. Tyra and Jamie put their heads together and found a mat that was both fitting and water resistant.
